Autumn Arboretum

Saturday was pretty quiet. We didn’t do too much that you haven’t done before; Mall of America and you went with daddy to Whole Foods (which you always like). But today we had a grand, fall adventure at the Minnesota Arboretum.  We’d gone earlier in the year, but it was the perfect time to go now, since the trees are all changing colors and pumpkins were everywhere. Even though you missed your late afternoon nap, you had an excellent time running in the woods (with a lot of hand-holding), investigating pumpkins and seeing scarecrows.

From my Autumn collection…
I’M RUNNING! I’M RUNNING!
Something about this one… different…
An adequate chair. I’ll TAKE it.
Not as bouncy as I’d hoped.
Ok. Now get a shot over here!
Somehow, I think this house won’t winter well…
(You kept saying, “Pickle! Pickle”…)
…and by golly, you were RIGHT. It DOES look like a pickle.
