You’re mastery of the language continues to grow with leaps and bounds!
This weekend you’ve amazed us with a few new brands you recognize (“Menards!”, “Cost…Co… Ho Sale!”) and you put together a pretty funny sentence by yourself:
“Mommy talk about Bad Piggies!” (an iPad game) as she was telling you about it.
You also learned a new phrase, and while I know you don’t know exactly what it means, you still know that saying it gets a laugh, so you do. When asked “Where’s daddy’s beard?” you point to it. When asked where is CAMPBELL’S beard, you reply, “I’m workin’ on it”.
Also, apparently… “Mommy is GOJUZ (gorgeous)!” and “Vanna White is GOJUZ!”
And you know what you like when we go to Indian restaurants when you say: Samosa, Saag Paneer, Palak Paneer, Nan and Papadum.
And it’s not just English you amaze us with. You can also tell us the names of most of your farm animal puzzle pieces in French! (Cow : La Vache, Goat : Le Chevre, Duck : Le Canard, Rooster : Le Coq, Farm : Le Ferme, Pig : Le Cochon, and you can sometimes remember Chicken and Sheep). You are pretty confident about Teddy Bear (Le Nour Nours).
Daddy and Mommy can’t wait to see what you’re going to be saying this summer.
